On Sunday, we joined the Owens/Cleveland side of the family for lunch at our cousin Heather’s house in Weatherford. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed celebrating 2011 with family! We are all excited about what the year will bring!

Welcome 2011!
On New Year’s Eve, Jason and I met Ginger and Hatley at La Hacienda for dinner, and then we went to see True Grit. The line for the movie was long, and we had an hour to kill, so we hit the arcade! Jason and I challenged each other to Guitar Hero and Dance Dance Revolution. Such a weird, fun way to spend New Year’s Eve. The movie was excellent, and we agree that if we are ever blessed with a daughter, we want her to have the moxie of Mattie Ross. After dinner we picked up some cheesecake, and rang in the New Year in our PJ’s with our favorite dessert.
